Seller Says Uncle, Finally Drops Price

After four hundred fifty seven (yes I spelled it out, because it’s a long time) days on the market the sellers of 1111 Bergman Drive finally lowered their price. The 1,612-square foot two-bedroom, three bath townhome dropped 6%, which puts it at $99/square foot. Since it hit the market 11 other units in the development have sold and 3 are currently pending.
