Stillwater, along with a majority of the country, is in a declining market. We want to focus on one building in particular that has seen a dramatic downturn – Fox Hollow Commons.
Located at 14937 60th Street N, this 29-unit condo was built in 2006 with units originally selling between $218,000 and $343,000. Fast forward nearly 3 years and you’ll find them selling for $100,000 to $125,000. Ten units have sold in this range, 3 are pending and 3 are currently active. That leaves 13 original owners with a condo that is worth far less in today’s market.
We don’t encourage not paying your mortgage. But just wonder how long it will take values to get anywhere near to what they were a few years ago.

next door is an apt.complex which looks like a slum! The road leading to the building is dangerous…is it being renovated…it has been 2-3 yrs.now since the bldg. was constructed.
