Stillwater, along with a majority of the country, is in a declining market. We want to focus on one building in particular that has seen a dramatic downturn – the Fox Hollow condos.
Located near Highway 36 and Osgood Avenue, this 29-unit condo was built in 2006 with units originally selling between $218,000 and $343,000. Fast forward three years and they now sell for under $100,000. We don’t encourage defaulting on your mortgage. But how long will it for the value to increase to 2006 levels?
If you’re looking for a great deal on a Stillwater condo, check out Fox Hollow condo listings.
