Washington Square is Stillwater’s first park. It was completely updated in 2007 by Tom & Sherry Armstrong’s Teddy Bear Park Foundation. It features a large Victorian style pavilion, gazebo, and of course a playground. This photo from boscbo shows the gazebo at sunset.
